Adult Program

Children Program

Almost Black Belt Program
This program is designed to help our younger students get ready for the regular children's classes using teaching methods and exercises that are appropriate for this age group. Designed for children ages 4 & 5.

Family Program
This program is designed for parents and their children who wish to learn more about Tae Kwon Do together. It is a convenient and fun way for parents to train with their children. For all ages.

Black Belt Program
This program is designed for our advanced black belt students of all ages.

Demo Team
At special events throughout the community. Qualified students will learn advance techniques and teamwork while building confidence performing in front of an audience. They will demonstrate high level Tae Kwon Do techniques, self-defense routines, board breaking and traditional patterns.
Sparring
The sport of free-sparring allows students to take their skills to the next level. They will learn increased self-confidence through light contact free-sparring with protective safety equipment. Our sparring classes will show them how to apply their skills to develop real self-defense abilities.
Private Lessons
Our private lesson program was created at the request of our new students as well as existing ones. Private lessons are individual training options for those who prefer to train on a "One to One" basis. They can be taken as an adjunct to group lessons, or as a stand alone training program. Private Lessons can be a great tool for brushing up on areas of weakness, before and/or after a test, or pursue areas of individual interest.
Private lesson topics can be of anything of interest to the student related to Tae Kwon Do. Lessons can progress at the student's own pace, and can span any range of topics and styles. Personal programs can be set up to address a wide range of specific physical problems or goals such as: Flexibility, Strength Training, Self Defense, Mental Focus, and Stress Relief.
A private lesson is 35 minutes long and is scheduled by appointment only. Individual schedule and times may vary.
Corporate
