Buyer / Member certifies he/ she is in good health. Buyer / Member agrees that all exercises and course of instruction are taken at the Buyer's and /or Member's own risk. The Buyer / Member understands the procedures and exercises involved as explained by Major Tae Kwon Do Inc. representative. Buyer / Member fully understands there is risk of personal injury involved in this course of instruction and with this knowledge agrees to indemnify and hold blameless Major Tae Kwon Do Inc., its officers, instructors, agents, quests, and members form all losses caused by accident or injury to the Buyer / Member, or to third party persons. Major Tae Kwon Do Inc., its owners, officers, instructors, and agents are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen articles inside or outside the instruction facility.
